Dr. Eseoghene Abokede is a board-certified family physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. With a strong foundation in preventive medicine, acute care and chronic disease management, Dr. Abokede partners with patients to support their long-term health and wellness goals.
Dr. Abokede completed residency training in Family Medicine at Hennepin Healthcare and brings experience from practicing in diverse clinical settings across Minnesota and Wisconsin. This background has shaped a practical, compassionate approach to care that emphasizes clear communication, evidence-based medicine, and respect for each patient’s individual needs and values.
